Twins! Talks! and Splits!

SUP SUP MI FAMILIA!

Well, to start it all off, I'm getting better! Yeah! I was so sick and tired a couple of days back that I had to stay inside. That was when I was sick with this stupid cough and I called the doctor. Looks like Kyle and I are TWINS! Bronchitis... BOO. But, I got some antibiotics and now it's almost gone. I feel a ton better also.

Mom, Happy Argentine Mothers Day! lol :) It's the only country that I know of where Mothers Day is not in May. And, because my companion is from Argentina, she got to call her family yesterday. Que suerte si? But, I will be talking to you guys in person in less then two months. So I'm not to worried about it.. ;)

Last Tuesday and Wednesday we had splits. I stayed here while Hermana Rejas went to Lavalle with Hermana Shoaf. So Hermana Blatter and I were able to get a lot done here in Central. It was super fun. Sometimes I don't realize how much I miss speaking English until I have a North American companion. It was nice to say the least.

Friday, there was a fireside for all of South America South, for the Young adults, given by Elder Oaks. So naturally we wanted to bring one of our investigators so she could:  first, get to know an apostle of the Lord, and second, so she could make some friends. The first part happened, but the second.. not so much. Including my companion and I, and our investigator and her boyfriend, there were seven young adults!  I was so surprised that there weren't a lot of people. But she liked it, and so did her Boyfriend, so it was a little less embarrassing. But still....

Saturday we got to listen to the Relief Society Conference talks. They don't show them until super later here. They were really good, and I loved all of them. Would have been even better in English (Because I'm still trying to understand everything), but they were still great. I love President Eyring. His talks are always uplifting. And this new Relief Society presidency is going to be awesome.

Well, I wish there was more happening here. We have transfers next week (31st, Halloween) So we will find out what happens then. We had the interviews with President this week. He asked if I would like to stay or go for my last transfer. I told him that although I love Posadas, it would be nice to have a change. Then he told me that he'll see what the Lord decides. So, If I'm not finished with my work here, I'll be here my last transfer (which would be 11 months all together) , or I just might be transferred to another area for only six weeks. We'll find out.... you never know what the Lord has in store for you. Tenga confianza no mas...  :)

Well, I'm going to let you guys go. But I want you all to know how much this Gospel has affected my life. The Lord has given me so much, and I'm grateful for it everyday of my life. This Gospel, this Church is the Lord's kingdom on the earth today. We have the chance to be a part of it - and to accept it. This is his true Gospel, his Church. He's given us guides here on the earth - Prophets, apostles, bishops, teachers, the Holy Ghost, and the Book of Mormon. Use them. I know it's true. Be smart, Be safe, Trust in the Lord.

Love, Love, Love
