One Step at a Time
Hola Familia!
Here is the official picture from my first zone conference.
We had one baptism this week - Ivan Esteves. He´s eleven years old and pretty cool. His brother Maties was recently baptized also. I´m really stoked for him. Aaron´s dad said no, but we are talking to him tonight and hopefully he will let Aaron get baptized this Saturday. Praying. :)
Elder Rivera, one of my zone leaders, left this Wednesday for a different area. Kind of sad about it. He was the one who always put a massive smile on and give me thumbs up because that was all I could do my first district meeting. It was pretty funny. He loved it. I don´t know why. :)
Found out that for people here to serve full time missions they have to serve a six week mini-mission. So the full time missionaries here work with mini missionaries for 6 weeks. I think it´s kind of cool, and super dedicated for the people here. Awesome.
Gotta Run! I know the lord knows what I need, and is with me every step of the way. I hope and pray for you everyday, be safe!
Love,
Erin
